Audun Bø, Chief Executive Officer
Audun Bø (born 1962) is the Chief Executive Officer of Euronext Securities Oslo since 1 October 2017. He has previously held the position as Executive Vice President, Products and Markets, at Eika. Before joining Eika he was a director at Orkla Financial Investments and he has been the CEO of Orkla Finans for 7 years. Prior to this, Audun Bø has 15 years banking experience, of which 5 years as Executive Vice President at DNB and Head of DNB Markets. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Securities Oslo during the period 2007-2017, and he was chairing the board during the last year. Audun Bø has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gothenburg, School of Business.
Sveinung Dyrdal, Executive Vice President, Head of Clients and Sales
Sveinung Dyrdal (born 1962) holds the position as Head of Clients, Sales and Business Development. He has previously headed Client Relations and Business Development and the Securities Services section of the company. Since he joined Securities Oslo in 2005, he has also had the responsibility for Group Strategic Clients and Group Products in the Oslo Børs VPS Group. He has a varied experience from management positions in Christiania Bank and Nordea where he held the position as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Custody Services on a group level. Sveinung Dyrdal has a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Strategic Management from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Kristine Bastøe, Executive Vice President, Head of Products
Kristine Bastøe (born 1976) joined Securities Oslo on June 1 2019 as Head of the Product. Previously she has been at Ernst & Young, where she led an advisory team within financial services. Kristine has worked as a management consultant and project/programme manager within asset management and banking since 2010, focusing on complex transformation projects. During 2001-2010 she was employed by Eksportfinans ASA, where she held the positions as risk analyst, funding analyst and portfolio manager, and also participated in major projects. Kristine holds a MSc in Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She has a CFA degree from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)/NFF.
Jan Stenmoe, Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer
Jan Stenmoe (born 1965) holds the position as Chief Technology Officer. He has previously worked at the Oslo Stock Exchange where he joined as a consultant in 1998 and was hired in 2004. Since 2008 he has been head of the development department at Børsen and has been Service Manager for several trading systems.
Stenmoe studied Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Christian A. Viken, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience and Analytics
Christian Viken (born 1985) holds the position as Head of Customer Experience and Analytics.
He came from the position as a Group analyst at the Eika group, with expertise and knowledge of various business models and sectors within banking and finance. He has worked with accounting and economics, business and customer orientation at different academic environments, as well as strategic use of data and insight into analytics and sales.
Christian Viken holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
Jorunn Rummelhoff, Executive Vice President, Head of HR and staff
Jorunn Rummelhoff (born 1965) joined Securities Oslo in October 2016. She comes from a position as HR manager at the Oslo District Court. She worked 27 years with DNB, both as bank director and as senior adviser at the HR Center of Excellence, where she had the responsibility for executive management and talent development programmes on a DNB group level. Jorunn Rummelhoff holds a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Geir Heggem, Chief Financial Officer
Geir Heggem (born 1968) joined the Oslo Børs VPS group in 1997. Since 2001, he has held the position as Group Chief Financial Officer. Heggem holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management. and he is a State Authorised Public Accountant.
Stian Sviggum, Chief Risk Officer
Stian Sviggum (born 1975) joined Securities Oslo on May 1, 2019 as Chief Risk Officer. He has previously held the position as director of PwC where he for six years led a team for enterprise risk management. In the period 2010-2013, he worked on operational risk and internal control in Norges Bank Investment Management. He previously also worked as a consultant in Aon and Holte Consulting, and he has been project manager in IT infrastructure projects in Hewlett-Packard. Sviggum is a graduate engineer in physics at NTNU.
Thomas Métier, Head of Business Operations
Thomas Métier (born 1981) joined Euronext Securities Oslo in 2019 as Chief Internal Auditor in his capacity as Group Chief Internal Auditor. A role he has held since 2016. He transitioned into his current role as Head of Business Operations in February 2021. Before joining Euronext VPS he has held several positions throughout Europe and the USA. Chief Internal Auditor at Kepler-Cheuvreux in Switzerland, Senior Manager at Deloitte UK in the Bank & Capital Markets in London as well as Internal Audit roles at Societe Generale in New-York, Chicago and Paris. Métier is a graduate engineer from Université de Belfort-Montbeliard (France) and Linkoping University (Sweden) and holds an Advanced Master in Strategy & Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School (Paris – France).
